Probably the most interesting looking speaker of the lot. The Divo not only looks like something you would place a hairpiece on but it has a 1.5” speaker drivers to provide crystal-clear sound and also a built-in 4” long throw subwoofer for the added “oomph”.

All these Divoom speakers save for the Divo are very portable and could last from 6 to 8 hours on a single charge which you can do via USB. There’s nothing special with most of the speakers but I would like to see how the build-quality is which the photos can’t really tell.

Measuring a mere 50 x 50 x 35 mm, this capsule speaker slides effortlessly into your pocket, but despite its small appearance the sound quality you get from the pocket-friendly speaker is surprisingly good. Although you can use it in its tiny, compact form, the sound is enhanced when you twist the speaker to release the accordion-like ‘resonator’, which offers slightly better sound quality and base. The power output of this 2nd generation iTour-20 is up 0.4W from its iTour-10 predecessor to 2.8W, which is 0.8W more than the benchmark for a portable speaker of this type, the shoX maxi. With its bottom panel extended out and bright blue power LED indicator, this speaker – rotund in comparison to others its ilk – could pass off as something that flew out the pages of a sci-fi novel.

Operating this device of 8cm in diameter is disarmingly simple though.
