The ST600 has undergone a minor redesign. Unlike the ST550, which has a more angular frame, the ST600 has curved edges, giving it a sleeker look. On the top is a button to activate the front LCD, though the Samsung press release indicates that you can also tap the display to turn it on.
The front screen on the new Samsung camera is bumped up to 1.8 inches from 1.5 inches on its predecessor. This will make it easier for users to frame self-portraits. Like the ST550, the ST600′s front display can show various information such as the shooting option used and timer. Samsung has, however, added more new features to the shooter. For example, the cartoon animation is now accompanied by sound to make it more attractive to kids. There is also a Jump Mode, which prompts the subjects to jump and the camera will snap three consecutive images of the people in mid air. The Couple Mode detects two faces and automatically snaps a shot when it sees the two faces tilted toward each other.
The ST600 camera also sports a 3.5-inch touchscreen LCD on the rear of the camera, smart face recognition, 720p high definition video capture and a 5x optical zoom lens. The Samsung ST600 comes in black or purple and is slightly thicker than the previous dualscreen models.
The lens specifications for the ST600 remain the same as the ST550′s. The former has 5x optical zoom and it is widest at 27mm. The rear 3.5-inch LCD is touch-sensitive and employs the same Smart Gesture UI first deployed in the ST550, to quickly change the shooting modes or navigate the camera’s menu.
Samsung ST600 key features include:
- 14.2 Megapixels
- Schneider KREUZNACH 5x Optical Zoom Lens / 27mm Wide
- 3.5-inch TFT Touchscreen LCD
- 1.8-inch Front LCD screen
- High Sensitivity up to ISO 3200
- 720p HD video capture (30 fps, H.264 format)
- Smart Gesture User Interface (UI)
- Smart Face Recognition (Up to 6 people manually and 14 people automatically)
- Dual IS; Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) + Digital Image Stabilization (DIS)
- HDMI output
- Stereo Microphone
- microSD/SDHC card slot

The first assessment of the flagship 3D led TV from Samsung, the C9000 SeriesIs inside. T3.com has published a review of expensive TV UE55C9000 3D model and calls it “our opinion the best led lcd TV that Samsung has ever produced. ”
The looks the TV to the review score very high. Especially the thin aluminum chassis design and its great plus points and put the model a number of steps over the UE46C7000 brother. The construction of the model is extremely good. Incredibly thin yet very stable and solid. T3.com According to this model will bring back many a head.
There are also disadvantages to be found, the fact that you need special adapters to connect devices to the TV is one of them. The TV is too thin to accommodate connections and for this reason the connections found in the standard. The TV comes with a selection of adapters that special locks again have to place them. This process is difficult and unnecessary under normal T3.com. The WiFi Remote is described as “very difficult to use.
Not only is the Samsung C9000 one of the most beautiful TVs we’ve seen, but it’s also one of the most feature-packed. But you know what? This also makes it the most complicated.
Starting from the basics, this is a 55-inch LCD television with a full-HD resolution, and it features LED edge-lighting. It comes with all the gubbins you’d expect like 200Hz and an Ultra Clear Panel. Moving on to actual features though and the list reads like a Samsung brainstorming session. First and foremost is 3D playback, and the TV does the usual 2D-to-3D conversion of most other models, and if you’re lucky the company might throw in a couple of glasses for you (though not included).
Connectivity is also a focus with the TV offering both wired (via a small dongle) and wireless (via a ridiculously HUGE, foot-long USB adapter!). To use the “dual-screen” capability, the TV and remote need to be connected to the same network and so the wireless connection might be better for the ease of configuration.

The Samsung Wave 525 will not win any design awards with its plain black rectangular shape with chrome-like accents, such as a thin rim around the phone. The capacitive touchscreen screen is 3.2″ with 240×400 pixels of resolution, which makes the interface and websites look scraggy, and average sunlight visibility. Underneath it is the home button, flanked by send and end keys. There is a volume rocker on the left, microUSB port and 3.5mm audio jack on top, as well as a lock/power button plus a dedicated camera key on the right. Don’t ask us why bada phones have a separate shutter key, while their Android brethren by Samsung only have virtual camera buttons, as we can’t answer that on behalf of the company.
The phone features a 3.2? capacitive TFT touchscreen. The physical size of the screen is – 70×42 mm (2.91?x1.65?) and the resolution is 240×400 (WQVGA). It is bright with maximum viewing angles. The dimensions of Samsung Wave 525 (109.5 x 55 x 11.7 mm (4.31?x2.16?x0.46?) are comparable with those of other inexpensive touchscreen models of the company and the majority of modern phones. The phone is comfortable to hold in hands. It is not heavy, so you do not get tired during the conversation. You can carry it in any pocket or a bag.
The back hosts the 3MP camera, and replaces the usual glossy black plastic Samsung is using in most of its handsets of late for a dotted pattern one, which makes the phone less slippery to handle. The phone lies comfortably in the hand, and is fairly thin and light at 4.31 x 2.17 x 0.47” (109.5 x 55 x 11.9 mm), and 3.53 oz (100 g) of weight. The back cover is pretty prone to smudges and visible marks from everyday use, despite that it is not glossy plastic, but a simple wiping takes it all away. The Samsung Wave 525 will be available in three colors – black, white and pink.

The Samsung Galaxy S is meant to be the Korean firm’s big assault on the smartphone market – packing oodles of top end technology into a handset it thinks can take on the iPhone 4. There’s more than just top end technology in here to beat the iPhone – the chassis looks decidedly similar too, despite the much larger screen, which comes in at a whopping four inches.
Beyond their simple appeal as sexy, high-end Android phones, what makes the Captivate and Vibrant especially interesting is that they are actually their respective carriers’ only high-end Android phones at the moment. In other words: if 1GHz processors and high-res AMOLED displays are how you roll, these are basically the only game in town if you’re on AT&T or T-Mobile — particularly now that Nexus One sales are winding down.
The range of features it offers is also impressive, with streaming video being a firm favourite of ours, as it means you can simply start watching your network content with minimal fuss, whilst format support covers most bases. The camera is impressive too, competing with similar devices, although it lacks the touch focus in video that the iPhone 4 offers.

World’s first dual LCD camera is new in the market and is there with a bang. The first of its kind, Samsung 2View ST550 comes with a 1.5 inch LCD screen at the front of the camera, and this is something that is pulling all buyers towards it. And interestingly you don’t need to switch any button and search for any menu option to use this screen. Just a slight tap on the screen and it automatically goes in the self portrait mode.
Samsung’s breakthrough technology makes it easier than ever to get a perfect shot with this revolutionary 12.2 megapixel camera with 4.6X optical zoom. You’ll find the wow factor in the world’s first Dual LCD display: tap the front of the 1.5” LCD display and the Self Portrait mode automatically comes on for a perfect shot on the first try. Flip the camera over and tap the giant 3.5” touch screen back LCD to display the sharpest images of any camera available today. Naturally a camera this smart is also rock-steady with Advanced Dual Image Stabilization for unparalleled image clarity.
What makes ST550/550 unique apart from the ones available in the current market is the 1.5″ front LCD. This new feature is definitely a bonus for those who love to take self-portraits. When you tap the front LCD, it turns on and automatically goes into Self-Portrait mode. Other than that, it allows you to switch to Children mode whereby fun animation will be shown to attract the kids’ attention, or to Self-Timer mode in which you can see the countdown timer instead of the normal light-blinking indicator. FYI, these two cameras differ in the size of touch screen back LCD only (3.5″ for ST550 and 3.0″ for ST500).
